The best mom. Most caring daughter. A perfect partner. There’s so many things to be grateful for when it comes to who ypu are and everything you do for our family. We are beyond blessed and you deserve to be celebrated everyday. Birthday 3 together was amazing and isn’t over yet. Love you so much babe 😘

Our birthday weekend getaway started with a surprise visit to see great grandma, lunch at Bo & Vine Burger, a quick hike up the Cape Kiwanda dune with a race to the bottom, and we wrapped it up by catching sunset on the swings at our hotel The Ocean Front @ Seaside.

We rarely get to the beach, so this weekend is gonna be crammed with way more fun, lots of love, and hopefully some core memories for the kiddos 🤙🏼

NYC Day 4
🐟 Beneath the sea (day 2) - sold a lot of gear and changed just as many lives
🤿 had her first scuba dive and VR experience simultaneously
🏀 Repped our against the knicks at the iconic
🚒 Watched a fire truck try to get through Times Square traffic. Ya better know how to stop, drop, and roll if you’re on fire in nyc.. they gotta get past a bunch of knuckleheads first

🤿 Set up our booth for
🍸 Went to the city for food and drinks. Found a rooftop bar that had amazing views
🍕 Had our first slices of NYC pizza
🌇 Times Square at night is a different world

NYC Day 1 (sorry for the cliche music 😘)

🚌 Bussed into the city
🤠 Times square; photobombed by the naked cowboy
👣 Walked 11mi exploring a fraction of the city
🪜Climbed up the
🚝 Walked the high line; old rail converted to a park
🌯 Ate amazing Mediterranean food inside the
🗽 Explored ; Views of the Hudson River and Statue of Liberty in the distance
🚶🏽More walking + a few bars
🇮🇹 Dinner at was fuego 🔥🔥
🏓 Got some b**r pong in at a local bar
🚕 Rode on the floor of a taxi back to where we started the day
😴 Passed out quick after packing in a full day 🙌

Drove a combined 9 hours to check out this potential JV flip with a couple of my favorite guys that live nearby. and podcast made the drive too easy 👌🏽

This deal had a ton of potential, but definitely needed some love. It’s situated on a hillside, with great views of the Columbia River from the living areas and a giant, overhanging deck. It also had a good sized, double bay shop with an ADU above. And the best part of the deal.. not only was the price low enough to make repairs and turn a profit if we flipped, but the current loan was assumable at a 2.875 interest rate! We could inherit long term, super cheap debt which means low holding costs, and a good amount of cashflow if held as a rental. 🙌

Ultimately, there ended up being major septic issues and permitting issues that presented unknown risk which could greatly affect our bottom line, so we decided to pass on this one. ❌

Deals like this exist! There's more opportunities IN TODAYS NW REAL ESTATE MARKET that so many people don't realize. If you think you can't buy anything, because the conventional way says you can't.. Hit me up literally today. Like right now. Lets talk about it! 📱💻☕
