Christin J Hunter With nearly two decades of experience in Bend, she approaches every transaction as a long-term wealth-building decision.

Christin J Hunter is a luxury real estate advisor and market strategist specializing in high-end residential, investment, and select commercial properties throughout Central Oregon. Raised in a real estate family and influenced by a mother who helped pave the way for women in the industry, Christin developed an early understanding that property ownership shapes both legacy and balance sheet. That foundation continues to inform her strategic approach to acquisition and long-term value. She advises executives, investors, and relocating families with a focus on disciplined negotiation, micro-market analysis, and portfolio positioning. Whether representing a primary residence, income-producing property, or commercial asset, she evaluates each opportunity through both lifestyle and performance lenses. Christin’s commentary on regional market trends and economic development has appeared in The Source Weekly, The Bulletin, and Cascade Business News. She is a graduate of Oregon Leadership Academy and serves on the Government Affairs Key Committee for Oregon Realtors, remaining actively engaged in policy and economic initiatives shaping Central Oregon’s future.

Redmond comes to mind when I read this. In 2010, it had about 26,000 residents. By 2025, that number was over 38,000. If you’ve been here a while, you’ve watched that change happen.

It makes you think about how a property that felt “a little out of the way” years ago might fit into the community differently today.

That’s part of what I like to explore with clients: what’s here now, what’s planned nearby and how a property could fit their long-term goals.

What does the right home look like for you? When we talk about your next home, I want to know more than how many bedrooms you need. Do you want to walk to coffee? Have room for guests? Spend less time taking care of a yard? And what do you wish worked a little better in your current home? Those details help me narrow the search to homes that fit the way you actually live.

I get it. You see all the hard work you’ve put into your home, the improvements you’ve made and the memories you’ve built there. It’s easy to feel emotionally attached.

Buyers are seeing it for the first time, comparing it to other homes and thinking about what they’d still need to spend.

My job is to respect what your home means to you while helping you price it with that buyer perspective in mind.

If we sat down to talk about selling your home in Bend, these are a few of the things I’d want you to know.

Every home needs its own plan. What’s worth fixing? Where should we price it? How does your timeline affect the decisions we make?

My job is to help you work through those questions, give you an honest recommendation and keep you informed along the way.
