Holding steady month-to-month and year-over-year, the median sales price of a home in Bend was $726,000 in September, up just slightly from $725,000 in August. A year ago, the median sales price was $718,000, within 1% of this September’s median price.

A seasonal slowdown of real estate activity, including new listings, is normal this time of year. That’s why, with fewer active listings to compete with, it can be a really great time to list a home in Bend.
