We own the biggest, most, powerful machines in the Midwest. We want to shear, bend, weld, roll, punch and stamp metal. We can process plate, angle, bar, sheet, pipe, channel, beam carbon steel, A588, AR400, stainless steel, C276, titanium, and aluminum. We also provide emergency services for when you're in a pinch. Custom Steel Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manual Press Brake Operator to join our steel fabrication team in Belton, Missouri.

We are looking for a skilled, dependable individual with at least 3 years of hands-on experience operating manual press brakes in a metal fabrication environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of press brake operating experience

Ability to independently set up and operate manual press brake equipment

Experience selecting tooling and bending steel to precise specifications

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings

Strong measuring skills and attention to detail

Ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed

Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

What We Offer:

$25–$30 per hour, depending on experience

Full-time, Monday–Friday

Overtime opportunities available
