๐ณBrush Collection๐ณ
City crews are actively working to collect brush to assist with the cleanup efforts and help clear roads.
๐ If you wish to dispose of your own brush, you can begin taking it to the Solid Waste Complex (2611 E Ave H) starting on Tuesday, May 28.
โผ๏ธ Starting next week, the City will be working with D&J Enterprises to help clearing residential brush. In order to do this, we need our residents help!
> Please help us help you and our community by separating your piles!! Brush piles need to be separated from any debris or construction/demolition materials. If they are combined, they will not be collected.
> Brush piles will not be picked up from alleys.
> Brush piles need to placed at the curb away from gas lines, water meters, mailboxes, and fire hydrants. Please do not put your brush piles on public roadways!
๐ณ If you have large trees that need to be broken up or moved to be neatly placed at the curb for pickup, you can call the Crisis Cleanup Hotline at 512-201-4814 to be connected with volunteers in the community.
