Story of Broadway📖
My buyer needed help relocating to NJ. We scheduled a showing and it just so happens that the first house we saw was perfect for him. Manageable, renovated and we were able to negotiate a perfect price AND sellers's concession to help with closing! Everything went smooth with the home inspection and the solar transfer. Everyone is happy! Of course until we found out the lender wasn't being so honest with us. The morning of closing, the lender informed the buyer that he wouldn't be able to close due to his credit score dropping after doing a Rescore. The lender wasn't very responsive when asked what exactly was delaying it. They continued to ask for "just one more day" numerous times and placed blame on title. They then proceeded to give the buyer the wrong amount and there was risk of him not closing on his home while at the closing table. Thank you to Heather Reese, David Betts @ SJS Title and Rebecca DiSandro for assist on making this happen. Everyone jumped in to help where they could and my client was finally able to become a first time home buyer!

Long story short it truly does matter who you work with. I had the right people in my corner to help fix their mistakes. I am so happy that my client was able to close and has offically moved in today!!

✨Story behind Winding Way✨

These buyers came through as a lead from Zillow and as we start talking we very quickly realized we knew each other but our names weren’t familiar. Once we gave our last names we realized we were in the same unit together while in the Army. This made this deal near and dear to my heart.

If anyone knows me, they know that I love the opportunity to help a fellow military member.🇺🇸

We looked through the summer, kind of on a time crunch since he was due to deploy in a few months and having his family settled before that was a priority. We made the best of it and our kids were able to connect and play during these showings.

We were able to find them the perfect home (minus the wallpaper 😅) AND we were able to negotiate an offer $20k under asking and get them $15k built in equity!!

They were the most patient buyers and I am so appreciative that I was able to help them find a home to grow their family in❤️

I had 2 great conversations with the listing agents for offers I put in.

One I have worked with before and have built a great relationship with so we are able to have open communication to adjust.

The other was more than willing to have a convo about the sellers situation and was on top of things when we requested solar info.

This helped me gain knowledge to help my buyers write strong offers. It truly does matter who you work with because I haven’t always been this lucky when it comes to the listing agent. Fingers crossed to my buyers! 🤞
