Finally one of the silly rules gets struck down! Preventing detached ADUs from being used as short term rentals when attached units could be made NO sense. If Bellingham truly wants to densify rather than sprawl, this is one small step in the right direction. What do you think?

Welcome to the world, Benjamin (Benji) Hoang Bean 🥰

Benji was born at exactly 5pm on 05/25. 6lbs 10.7oz 19” and oh so sweet 🥹 and Benji are both doing great, totally healthy and we are expecting to be home soon.

So grateful for our midwife Dr Kim Bauer, doula Jasmine Stuverud and the team at the Peacehealth Childbirth center. We felt seen, heard, and taken care of every step of the way.
