Wow I am feeling so grateful! My Air Force buyer client just closed on her home, all while being out of state!
She has been an absolute rockstar from start to finish and she signed her final closing documents virtually! This family is so sweet, 2 generations of military service and I am so honored to have been a part of their journey. I just passed on keys to her father to access the new home, but soon to be rental. I’m so excited for this Military client to be making some income on this new investment property. She found me though Homes for Heroes and I’m incredibly honored to have helped her and to be giving back $2,730 straight from myself and Remax 🤩🇺🇸
This transaction was full of negotiations on price, sellers concessions, and repairs.. she’s closing tomorrow without having additional closing costs aside from her down payment.
