Our regular training meetings give our Erie crew a chance to sharpen their skills, share knowledge, and learn from one another. It’s all part of our commitment to continually improving and providing the best service we can!

And of course, we can’t send our inspectors off to tackle the rest of their day on an empty stomach! 🍖

Day Two of the Midwest Inspector Mastermind is a wrap! 🏠💡

Another great day of learning, sharing ideas, and finding ways to keep getting better at what we do!

Today’s guest speakers brought some great insight to the table! Kelsey Richardson and Melissa Martin from Embden HR Solutions joined us to talk all things HR, while Michael Craycroft, President of GreenWorks Inspections & Engineering in Texas, shared his knowledge on finding and hiring the right inspectors to build a strong team.

A huge thank you to our guest speakers and our fellow inspection companies for making these two days so worthwhile! We’re walking away with fresh perspectives, tons of ideas, and plenty of things we’re excited to put into action.

At Erie, we believe there’s always something new to learn and ways to improve. Surrounding ourselves with other inspection companies who share that same mindset helps us continue to grow and provide the best possible experience for our clients.

We had a wonderful time at last night’s Purse Bingo hosted by the Firelands Association of REALTORS®!

Even better than the chance to win a new purse? Knowing the proceeds are going to support domestic abuse shelters across five counties. ❤️

The Erie crew was happy to contribute a purse for the bingo and some DELICIOUS cupcakes made by the talented Julie Radloff! And trust us, those cupcakes were AMAZING! 🧁

Day One of our Midwest Inspector Mastermind Meeting is in the books! 🏠🙌

We get together with some great inspection companies from across the Midwest to share ideas, talk business, and learn from each other. And this time, we got to host everyone at our new Erie offices! We finally have the space, so why not put it to good use?!

We’ve always believed that supporting other inspection companies and learning from each other makes us all better at what we do. We’re happy to have Trademark Inspection Services, Gold Key Inspection Services, Inc., Habitation Investigation, and Homesight Inc here with us!

We also had a couple of great guest speakers! Chris Blumfeldt from Ohio Junk Force, shared some marketing insights, and Tom Allen and Marcella Mowbray from Blue Ridge Media Company talked digital marketing strategy. Thanks to both for taking the time to join us!

One thing we’re proud of at Erie is that we’re always looking for ways to get better. Whether it’s training our inspectors, improving how we do things in the office, or learning from others in the industry, there’s always something we can take back to our team.

We love seeing our Erie team give back to the community! Our very own Jordan recently took time out of his busy schedule to participate in Bellevue High School’s first GROWTH Session, sharing his experiences and giving students a glimpse into the world of home inspections.
