💥𝗦𝗘𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗘𝗥 💥

This past September was VERY busy for me, as well as for our agency as a whole, which is Number 1 in the state right now!

It has been a different market this past year, with a strong spring where 3 months of business seemed to be condensed into 3 weeks, an extremely slow summer as everyone wanted to spend time at the lake with family, then followed by a very busy fall.

I closed the biggest deal of my career with 74 Pinewood Point Road, Mount Vernon, selling to a wonderful Maine family, which set a historical record for Long Pond as well! I also helped a nice family in Oakland secure their new home, helped repeat clients sell their condo on Great Pond, assisted a family in selling a home that was part of an estate which required lengthy negotiations with lien holders, helped a set of lovely clients buy a family compound on Great Pond after a multi-year search, and closed on a newer construction home with a wonderful set of buyers who are new to the area and absolutely love to fish on Maranacook Lake! I am honored that all my hard work and dedication to the highest level of service to my clients has been recognized by my agency!

As the 2026 Lakefront Season comes to a close, I am looking ahead and starting to plan for 2027. If you are thinking of selling in the next year or so, I would be happy to be a resource for you. Happy Monday from the Lake!

This was a bitter sweet sale for my clients. Sometimes life happens, and changes need to be made. Letting go of this wonderful home where they were able to make so many memories with their children and grandchildren, was extremely difficult for them. They did not want the property listed on the open market, so we quietly marketed it 'IN HOUSE' to our agency's exclusive clients, and found them a set of buyers who will now be able to make more memories at the lake with their family in the years to come!
