Opportunities like this are rare on Lady’s Island. Tucked into the quiet, established Brickyard Point area, this well-maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch-style home sits on a beautiful 1.41-acre homesite filled with mature landscaping, privacy, and room to breathe. All on one level, the home offers an easy, functional layout with a spacious primary suite featuring generous closet space and an en suite bath, a cozy fireplace, and a light-filled Carolina room that brings the outdoors in. The oversized one-car garage, attached potting shed with sink, large mudroom off the garage entry, laundry room, and extra storage add everyday practicality that is hard to find.
Outside, the possibilities are wide open with space for gardening, a workshop, boat storage, outdoor living, or simply enjoying the peaceful Lowcountry setting. Located in the heart of Lady’s Island with convenient access to downtown Beaufort, local boat landings, shopping, dining, and Coosa Elementary, this home offers the perfect blend of privacy, potential, and location. A true one-of-a-kind gem with space to grow, create, and make your own.
