Way to go Ashley👏👏

Some people bring the energy, and some people set the tone. ✨ Ashley Mabry is bringing her own kind of impact to Team Capper, and we’re here to celebrate it! ❤️

Welcome home to Cella Gardens! Tucked away on a dead-end street with woods behind the home, this one offers a little extra privacy while keeping you close to everything. Built by Alvarez Construction in 2017, the Ashburne floor plan has the layout buyers love, with wood floors, high ceilings, neutral colors, and a wall of windows that lets the natural light pour into the living and dining areas.

The kitchen is ready for gathering, with granite countertops, a large island, custom tile backsplash, cabinets extending to the ceiling, gas cooktop, and walk-in pantry. The spacious primary suite features a jetted tub, separate shower, granite countertops, and a walk-in closet. Need a home office, hobby room, or an extra bedroom? The additional flex room gives you options.

You’ll also appreciate the extended patio overlooking the wooded backdrop, along with smart home features that let you control the HVAC, garage door, and security system right from your phone.

And the location? Hard to beat! You’re less than two minutes from Juban Crossing and I-12, with Texas Roadhouse, Great American Cookies, Crumbl, the movie theater, Academy Sports + Outdoors, and plenty of shopping and dining nearby. With easy commutes to Baton Rouge and Hammond and a new Target coming to the area, convenience is right around the corner. If you’ve been looking for a home that feels tucked away without being out of the way, this is one you’ll want to see!

At The Sandusky Group, we believe our value goes beyond the sale. It’s about having the right connections to help our clients every step of the way. 🤝

Color is back. 👏🏼 And marble? It’s officially becoming part of the home’s art.

We stopped by Assured Flooring & Countertops to see what’s trending, and we’re loving the shift toward more personality, color and statement-making materials in the home.

Because your home doesn’t have to be boring to be timeless. 😉

If you’re thinking about building, renovating or just want to know what’s in style, this is one local spot you need to know about.

True story. My buyer said this after a showing on camera and almost jeopardized the deal. We couldn’t make this stuff up if we tried. 🤣

When Ms. Belinda came to us earlier this year, she had a goal: make it to the closing table and get the keys to her new home. 🏡

What she didn’t know was just how many times the road to get there would try to throw her a curveball.

Obstacle after obstacle came up along the way. There were moments when it would have been easy to get discouraged, but Belinda kept going. She stayed patient, stayed determined, and never lost sight of where she was headed.

And yesterday, after all the twists and turns, she finally made it to the other side.

Ms. Belinda is officially CLOSED! 🎉

We are so grateful you trusted The Sandusky Group to walk this journey with you! 🤍
