What a beautiful day it was for my sellers. Today, they officially closed on their Louisiana home. I had the honor of meeting these sellers through another client I worked with. He recommended my services to them and they took a leap of faith with me and it couldn't have been more magical and a true blessing. I made suggestions and then we all put in the hard work of getting this home listed. I couldn't be more proud with their effort! The buyer's agent was very impressed with this beautiful home and they snagged it up. We went pending in 18 days.
If you're wishing this post was about the sale or purchase of your home, give me a call and we can get your journey started. I promise you won't regret it!!!!!
