Abstracters and Title Insurance Agents, three closers, a closing
assistant and a secretary / receptionist / plant indexer, with a
combined experience of over 100 years in the real estate title
business. Services Offered

Receipt of Title Insurance Order:
By providing complete and accurate information, including a full
legal description, your order can be processed more quickly. Examination of Title Issuance of the Title Commitment:
An examination of the land records is performed to verify
ownership of the property and to set out the required documents
and information to facilitate the transaction. Closing:
A closing is normally scheduled by the realtor or lender after the title commitment is completed. All necessary documents are prepared for the buyers and sellers to finalize the transaction. Issuance of Title Insurance Policy:
Once all the requirements on the title commitment have been fulfilled, the Title Insurance Policy is issued. The lender's policy protects the lender, but not the owner, against title loss, up to the loan amount. The owner's policy covers the owner's interest in the amount of the purchase price of the real estate. The policy remains in force for as long as the insured party maintains ownership.

If you have ever listed a home, I am sure you have heard the saying "It takes the right Buyer, at the right time!" It's SO true!

That is exactly what happened at 18 Jovi Lane. The sellers were moving out of state for a new job, and the buyers were moving back to Arkansas to be closer to family. Lots of moving parts along the way with the buyers selling a home in another state. We actually closed yesterday and neither buyer OR seller was present, it was all remote.
