Somedays when I am trying to be creative for my clients my mind has to wander to what my husband calls "useless clutter for the brain." What he's referring to is......SHOPPING!! 😁🛒

If you have ever listed a home, I am sure you have heard the saying "It takes the right Buyer, at the right time!" It's SO true!

That is exactly what happened at 18 Jovi Lane. The sellers were moving out of state for a new job, and the buyers were moving back to Arkansas to be closer to family. Lots of moving parts along the way with the buyers selling a home in another state. We actually closed yesterday and neither buyer OR seller was present, it was all remote.
