If you’ve ever tried to fit a lifetime of memories (and way too many kitchen gadgets) into a smaller, sleeker footprint, you know downsizing is basically an Olympic sport. 💪

My clients were on a mission: find the perfect “right-sized” home in one very specific neighborhood. We’re talking needle-in-a-haystack territory. But guess what? We found it, we secured it, and they have officially moved in!!! They will be trading in the extra maintenance for a lifestyle they actually have more time to enjoy! Simplifying things is always a great idea! 💙🏡 🚴🏻‍♀️🏊‍♀️🚣🏿‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏡💙

Ready to trade those extra rooms for a little more “me time”? Whether you’re scaling up or streamlining, we are here to make the transition smooth (and maybe even a little fun). 😘

Helping people find their place, is exactly what we love to do!

Cheers to new beginnings!!! ✨✨✨

Next time you’re about to toss those over ripe bananas, think again! 🍌✨

Beyond just a snack, bananas are actually a secret weapon for home maintenance. Did you know you can use the inside of a peel to polish your indoor plant leaves? It removes dust and gives them a natural healthy shine. 🪴✨

Or, if you’ve got scuffed leather shoes or scratched silver, a quick rub with the peel can work wonders before you buff it off. It’s like a little eco friendly magic trick for your living space. 👠🪄👞🪄

Who knew home maintenance could be this a-peel-ing? 🍌✨🤣✨🍌
