🏡 WELCOME TO TNT REALTY, KENDRA DITTO! 🎉

We’re excited to welcome Kendra Ditto to the TNT Realty family right here in Bardstown! ❤️

For Kendra, real estate is about so much more than buying and selling homes — it’s about helping people see possibilities they may not have thought were within reach.

As a single mom of two, Kendra knows firsthand just how meaningful homeownership can be. Creating a home and a strong foundation for her children meant knowing they would always have a place to call their own. That experience became part of the reason she chose real estate: to help other hardworking individuals and families take that same life-changing step.

After spending the last eight years at Fuji Seal, Kendra understands what it means to work hard for what you have. She’s especially passionate about helping people from similar backgrounds navigate the path to homeownership and make one of the most important investments of their lives.

Kendra’s heart for people, hardworking spirit, and connection to the Bardstown community make her a wonderful addition to TNT Realty.

Please help us give Kendra Ditto, REALTOR® a BIG welcome! 🥳🏠

We’re so glad you’re here, Kendra! ❤️

We are proud to welcome TJ Downs to the TNT family as a licensed Realtor!

TJ brings a unique combination of military discipline, entrepreneurial experience, and a genuine passion for helping people to his real estate career.

TJ served in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantryman from 2008–2013, including deployments to Afghanistan and other locations throughout the Middle East, ultimately earning the rank of Sergeant. His time in the Marines helped shape the work ethic, determination, leadership, and commitment to serving others that he brings to everything he does.

But real estate isn’t new territory for TJ.

He began his real estate career in 2015, working with investors to identify properties, analyze renovation comps, and put together cash deals. In 2017, he became a licensed real estate agent and joined Keller Williams in Louisville, where he worked as a Buyer’s Agent and Team Marketing Specialist. After several years in the industry, TJ stepped away from real estate in 2019 to pursue other career opportunities.

Now, he’s back—and he’s ready to get to work!

TJ’s favorite part of real estate is helping buyers find the place they can truly call home.

He also loves helping homeowners navigate the selling process and working hard to put them in the best position possible to achieve the outcome they want.

Outside of real estate, TJ stays busy. He enjoys spending time with his daughter, Sonny, tending to their hobby farm—which includes goats, chickens, turkeys, and pigs—working out at the gym, and building custom furniture.

Whether it’s serving his country, building a business, working with his hands, or helping someone find their next home, TJ approaches everything with the same philosophy:

Work hard. Take care of people. Give it everything you’ve got.

We are thrilled to have TJ on board and look forward to seeing the impact he makes for his clients and in our community.

Welcome to the family, TJ!!!!
Let’s get to work!!!!
