Ginna Smith-Realtor With the exception of a few years in San Francisco, I have called Austin my home since 1990. I love Central Texas and know it well. It is my pleasure to help!

I am a seventh generation Texan, born and raised in Lubbock, I moved to the Central Texas area in 1986 to attend Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State) where I earned my degree in Advertising and a minor in Anthropology. I have sold homes from the trendy Crestview and South Austin neighborhoods to Elgin, Kyle, Lakeway, Cedar Park, San Marcos and Temple. I treat my clients the way I would want my beloved family members to be treated. I am a great listener and communicator. Call me today to talk about the current real estate market. Your Austin Home Smith!

I heard oinking while picking up my open house signs… and had to meet the neighbor! šŸ·šŸ’•

After my open house in The Colony in Bastrop, Texas, I was collecting signs outside the gates when this friendly fellow caught my attention.

I named him Spot! He lives at Compass school next to The Colony and happily came over to say hello. Definitely the cutest encounter of my workday! šŸ½šŸ”

Would you have stopped to say hello, too?

A beautiful setting for September’s Keller Williams Luxury Lunch! I loved getting to tour 3601 Cherry Ln. in Tarrytown, just minutes from the lake.🌺🐟

The modern architecture feels easy to live in, with natural light pouring through the windows, a thoughtfully designed kitchen, and a spa-like retreat off the primary bedroom.šŸƒšŸŖ¾

It’s just listed and ready for showings. Let me know if you’d like to see it! šŸ”

That’s a wrap for KW Mega Camp 2026! The best yet (I say this every year). Different program, more speakers, met new friends from all over the country, won a few hands at black jack (for charity), pet some puppies, saw a Sloth and loved Simon Sinek’s keynote (looking forward to his new book on friendship) and Gary Keller’s get real talk about the market and FearFit. ā¤ļø
And…..the announcement that Brene Brown is the keynote for Family Reunion in February (I got my ticket!).

Why choose condo living? šŸ”‘

For some buyers, a condo is a great way to live in a neighborhood they love at a more approachable price point. For others, it’s about simplifying, having less exterior maintenance, or finding a lock-and-leave home that makes travel easy.

Condos can be a great fit for:
šŸ  First-time buyers wanting to get in a particular neighborhood
šŸš¶ā€ā™‚ļø Buyers who value walkability and being close to restaurants, shops, and entertainment
šŸƒ Empty nesters or anyone ready to downsize
āœˆļø Buyers looking for a second home or lock-and-leave lifestyle

I’ve recently had the opportunity to be the listing agent on several condo sales, each with its own location, features and reason it was the right fit for the buyer.

But when buying a condo, you’re buying more than the unit itself.

Understanding the health of the HOA is an important part of the process. I help buyers look beyond the condo to things like the HOA’s financials and reserves, upcoming projects or potential assessments, what the monthly dues cover, and rules and restrictions that could affect how they use the property.

One that can be especially important? Rental restrictions. Even if you plan to live there now, your plans may change down the road. Knowing whether you can rent the property can matter when it comes down to your future options.

Condos can be a fantastic choice at many stages of life. The key is finding the right condo and understanding what you’re buying into.

That’s where having an agent who knows what to look for can make a difference.šŸ”‘
