For our family, building Live512 meant being intentional about the kind of brokerage we wanted to be. Our dad always believed in raising the bar for the profession, and that value has carried through to how we work today.

We’re all full-time brokers here in Austin, and we believe knowing this market takes more than knowing the houses. It means understanding the neighborhoods, being active in the community, and helping people make decisions they feel good about long after closing day.

Anyone else feel like the year is somehow almost over, but your to-do list is still going strong? 😅

Between work, the kids’ schedules, holiday plans, and trying to enjoy this time of year in Austin, my brain has about 37 tabs open.

And somehow, I’m already thinking about what needs to happen in January.

We’re also pre-planning with friends who are hoping to make a move in 2027. 🤎 If you’re that friend, now’s a great time to start the conversation. You don’t have to have every detail figured out yet. Talking through your plans early can help you feel more prepared when the time comes.

It’s easy to look around and feel like everyone else has it figured out. The perfect house, the perfectly timed move, the beautifully put-together life. But real life doesn’t always look like that, and it doesn’t have to.

Sometimes your family outgrows a house you once thought you'd stay in forever. Sometimes you want more space, but the thought of leaving the neighborhood you love makes it hard to imagine starting somewhere new. And sometimes, you’re still figuring out what the next chapter is supposed to look like.

That’s all part of it.

Austin changes, families grow, priorities shift, and what felt right a few years ago might not be what feels right today. You’re allowed to change your mind, take your time, and figure things out as you go.

And for the record, choosing a quiet night at home over a full weekend of plans is perfectly fine, too. ❤️
