One thing we've noticed since spending more time in Durango: everyone has a dog.

On the trails, downtown, grabbing coffee, running errands—there's a pretty good chance your four-legged friend is coming along.

So naturally, we had to introduce you to a few of the Dogs of Durango—featuring the pups of Second Saturday on Main. 🐾

With endless trails, outdoor adventures, and a community that seems to bring their dogs everywhere, Durango feels like a pretty perfect place for both.

Come with us to one of our favorite spots in Durango: James Ranch. 🌿

Just a short drive from town, it's one of those places that makes you slow down and enjoy the day a little more. Good food, mountain views, time outside, GOATS and a pretty great reminder of what we love about life in the High Country.

When we're showing friends and clients around Durango, these are the places we want them to experience—not just the homes, but the lifestyle that comes with living here.

There are views you can describe, and then there are views you need to experience for yourself.

The more you see of 413 Beaver Circle, the harder it is to believe a place like this is real. From the lake just outside your door to the San Juan Mountains filling the windows, every room seems to offer another perspective of the landscape.

This is one of those homes that photographs beautifully—but in person, it’s something else entirely.

There are a lot of things we love about living in Durango... but every trip back to Texas includes at least one mandatory stop at H-E-B.

Call it nostalgia, call it Texas pride, call it an excuse to stock up on our favorites—we're not asking questions. Some things just hit different.

After years of watching Lake Travis levels fluctuate, 2026 brought a pretty incredible turnaround—the lake reached full capacity for the first time since 2019. And you can feel the difference around Lakeway.
