This recognition from the Austin American-Statesman and Austin Monthly belongs to the Team Members who thoughtfully design and build our homes, and to the Austin-area Homebuyers who place their trust in us. After a few home tours, the details can start to run together.

Before you visit another home, write down three things: what you need, what you’d like and what you want to check in person. Bring the list along and note how the layout works, where you’d park and whether the outdoor space fits your plans. A few notes after each visit can make comparing homes much easier later.

Save this reminder for your next home tour.

A beautiful home can still be the wrong home.

Before falling for the finishes, take a closer look at the decisions that shape daily life: location, floor plan, community, taxes and how the spaces support your routine.

If you're buying new, research the builder's reputation, warranty and homeowner experience. If you're considering resale, make an independent inspection part of your plan. Preparation can help you look beyond first impressions and choose with greater confidence.
