Kelli Beck and her team, Lustre Real Estate Collective, powered by eXp Realty, are known for being a service-first real estate team, where clients become dear friends. Kelli learned firsthand all about service-first and the value of hard work, honesty, and trustworthiness from her dad, who owned a small-town pharmacy. Always professional, Kelli’s clients have come to rely on her strong expertise in sales and negotiation, and often marvel at the high level of customer care that Kelli brings to the table. She exceeds her clients’ expectations, no matter what type of property or project she is working on. Many of her clients are in fact repeat customers. As a UT Austin alumnus, Kelli is a longtime authority on Austin and surrounding areas — including the Hill Country. In addition to the Austin area, Kelli serves her clients with beautiful waterfront properties on The Texas Coast - Rockport, Port Aransas, North Padre. Well-versed in Texas lifestyle amenities, Kelli covers the southern part of the state like a gracious hostess offering deep insider knowledge of local enclaves to her clients. With 25 years of professional experience as a backdrop, Kelli now focuses her eXp Realty practice on specializing in both residential and commercial real estate. She is experienced in helping her clients sell and buy both primary residence and vacation homes, short and long-term investment properties, Class C Multifamily, custom builds, and land sales (40+ acres). With additional extensive knowledge of the Greater Austin area and Four Rivers area, Kelli and her team make it their job to know all the ins and outs of southern Texas to pinpoint solutions to your specific real estate needs. Kelli’s team is committed to responsive service, smooth transactions and getting the deal done whatever it takes in the Austin area or on The Texas Coast.
