Yoga with Lynn was a great way to start our morning! Yoga helps with flexibility, balance, stress, cardiovascular functioning, better posture and body awareness, and depression. A 2020 review of 34 research studies found that yoga helped improve brain functioning in the centers responsible for interoception (recognizing the sensations within your body) and posture. Too many benefits not to highlight this class on our page! Come and join a class with our "Guest Pass."

Congratulations to the annual Chilli Cook-off winners! We had 9 entries and such a fun time celebrating each recipe. Thank you to all that entered, and to everyone that brought cornbread, desert, or just yourself. We are community at ArborView Circle C… celebrating life, friendship, gathering, and chilli!

🛋️ Fair warning: our chairs are dangerously comfortable.

When we give tours of ArborView Circle C, it happens all the time. Someone sits down in one of our lounge chairs, leans back, and suddenly they’re settled in like they could stay all day. (Honestly? You could. 😄)

That’s the feeling we hope you get everywhere in our community: at home, relaxed, and in no hurry to leave.

We have just 4 apartments left to lease:

🍊 Persimmon: 707 sq ft
Corner views to the northeast

🌿 Holly: 631 sq ft (3 available)

Two overlook the courtyard and pool area
One on the 4th floor with northeast views

Come see for yourself. Schedule a tour, and don’t say we didn’t warn you about the chairs. 💛
