Before we drew a single street, we walked the land and mapped what we call the natural assets… Geronimo Creek, the mature oaks, the lay of the prairie. Most developers scrape it flat. We design around it, so Canvas feels rooted the day it opens.

Anyone can sell a lot. We build the whole place around it.

Our Canvas project is 352 acres in Seguin, 35 minutes east of San Antonio, so we're not just building homes. We're designing the streets you'll walk in the evening, the parks your kids will grow up in, the shade of trees that were here long before us, and the gathering places where neighbors actually become neighbors.

That's what "complete community" means to us.

Keeping it costs us close to 20 homesites. We're keeping it.

Most developers clear a site and replant. We walk it first, find what's already worth saving, and build the community around it.
