AUSTIN JUST REACHED NEW HEIGHTS. ✨🏙️

The Austin skyline has a new defining landmark.

Waterline is officially open in downtown Austin, and at 1,025 feet, it now holds the title of tallest building in Texas.

A few details worth knowing:

🏙️ 74 stories rising above downtown
🏡 352 luxury residences occupying the upper portion of the tower
✨ A 252 room luxury hotel, 1 Hotel Austin
💼 More than 700,000 square feet of office space
🍽️ Restaurants and retail, including a rooftop Japanese inspired dining concept and Alteño from Michelin starred chef Johnny Curiel
🌿 Direct proximity to Lady Bird Lake, Waterloo Greenway, and the surrounding trail system

And the scale is impressive. More than 6,800 workers contributed to the project, which was completed two months ahead of schedule.

It is more than a new addition to the skyline. Waterline is another reflection of how quickly Austin continues to evolve, blending architecture, hospitality, residential living, dining, and the outdoors in a distinctly Austin way.
