Small space. Big Austin energy. 💥

This 1 bed / 1 bath Central Austin condo keeps life simple with smart design, bright living space, and a private deck perfect for morning coffee or a quiet wind-down.

Stone exterior, assigned parking, community garden, and grilling areas add to the relaxed lock-and-leave lifestyle.

The real advantage is the location. Minutes to Central Market, local coffee shops, public transit, and some of Austin’s most iconic dining spots.

410 square feet of efficiency in the middle of it all.

I made videos for my business for 10+ years before they ever actually worked. 🎥⏳

Like… at all. 😂

And it wasn’t the camera.
It wasn’t the editing.
It wasn’t my delivery (which is still questionable at best). 😅

The shift?

I finally stopped trying to talk to everybody…and got crystal clear on who I was actually trying to reach. 🎯

Once that clicked, everything changed- fast. ⚡️

Views turned into conversations.
Conversations turned into clients.
And suddenly, our listings started getting way more exposure too- because the right people were actually seeing (and sharing) our content. 🏡✨

Here’s the part that took me WAY too long to actually understand:

The more focused I got, the more the right people found US…the ones who connected with how we do things and cared about the kind of guidance we love giving.

Sometimes the problem isn’t the content.
It’s the clarity. 👀🔥

📣 WE’RE HIRING!!!

Raven Residential Group is looking for a full-time, in-office Executive Assistant here in Austin- someone who can help bring more organization, calm, and consistency to our fast-growing real estate team.

This is NOT a typical admin job.

This is a high-impact role supporting me directly- helping protect my time, finish the initiatives I start (I like shiny objects.), keep the team aligned, and make sure nothing important falls through the cracks.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Ridiculously organized
• Calm in a fast-moving environment
• Great with people and communication
• A champion of follow-through and systems
• Excited to be part of a small, high-performing team
• Local to the Austin area and ready to work in-office
• The kind of person who sees chaos and goes, “Ah yes… my moment.”

If you know someone who would thrive in this kind of role…

👉 Or message me and I’ll send you the full job description

This role is truly CRITICAL for where our team is headed next, and we can’t wait to meet the person who is going to help us level UP! 😍😍😍

When I talk about video “working,” people think I mean views or go viral. 📈

Nope. That’s not the point at all. 🙅‍♂️

Video works for us because it puts us in the same rooms where our future clients are already spending their time. 🏡💻

People researching Austin. 🌳
Families dreaming about a move. ✨
Folks trying to figure out who they can trust to guide them. 🤝

Showing up consistently on YouTube/Instagram/wherever has become one of the most relationship-rich things we do. It opens doors, starts conversations, and connects us with families long before they ever step foot in Austin. (or before they leave!) 🚪🗣️✈️

So yeah, we do video because it works. 🎥

But more than that… we do video because it lets people get to know us before they ever need us. ❤️

And in a business built on trust?
That’s everythinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng. 🔥
