Several months ago, our dog, Mason, was diagnosed with glaucoma in his left eye and despite our best efforts, it progressed very quickly. He was losing sight in his eye and was in a lot of pain. There were several options on how to proceed, and we ultimately decided on removing his eye; this procedure offered the least amount of potential issues down the line. The surgery went great, although he hated wearing a cone for two weeks. But today he got his stitches removed and is free to rub his face on the carpet now as much as he wants 😅 We are so grateful for his eye doctor and the loving staff at Eye Care For Animals.
