I can't do much about the price of gas or groceries, but I can help you find a home that keeps some of your monthly costs down!

Forest North Estates is a great example. With a low property tax rate, no HOA fees, and a convenient Northwest Austin location, there are some real advantages to buying in this neighborhood, especially when interest rates are high.

I currently have two great homes for sale here in the neighborhood, one on Parkland Dr. and another on Broadmeade Ave. Both offer plenty of space and all the benefits of living in Forest North.
