2017 — "Prices are at all-time highs. I'll wait for the dip."
2018 — "I wish prices would drop back to 2012 levels."
2019 — "Waiting for prices to drop."
2020 — "The world is on fire, are you crazy?"
2021 — "Sure, rates are 3%, but prices are too high."
2022 — "Ugh, rates doubled. No way."
2023 — "7% rates? I'll just wait for the Fed to cut."
2024 — "Election year. Too much uncertainty."
2025 — "Waiting for 6%."
2026 — "Rates too high, prices too high."
