In case you want the story:
We searched high and low for this property. My buyers were re-locating from Fresno. I was lucky enough to get a referral from their agent in July. They landed on this cutie in Alta Sierra. Just enough space and land to roam into retirement! 🌙 Congratulations to my sweet clients!

What if home could be a place your family returns to for generations?
A place with room to wander.
Room to gather.
Room for horses, gardens, long dinners, quiet mornings, and unforgettable sunsets.

Set among 102.6 acres in the Colfax foothills, 21050 Pine Ridge Lane is a private estate where craftsmanship, nature, and a timeless California lifestyle come together.

This is the kind of property that feels less like a purchase—and more like a legacy waiting to be written.

✨ NEW PRICE | $1,195,000 ✨

I can’t believe this is still on the market!

Set on 20+ flat, usable acres across three parcels, this Colfax retreat blends historic charm with modern comfort and an unmatched outdoor lifestyle.

Key highlights:

• Resort-style water features — a swimmable PCWA-fed pond with zip line + a private waterfall pond
• Updated mid-century home — remodeled chef’s kitchen, open-concept living, two fireplaces, and modern systems throughout
• Turnkey outdoor living — large workshops, garage, entertaining areas, and extensive property improvements already completed
• Rare land + location — wildlife-rich acreage just minutes to Colfax, Rollins Lake, and an hour to Tahoe.

Another bonus! A spotless Destination trailer set back on a private parcel with its own entrance and septic system. Strong ADU potential.

This is more than acreage—it’s a private recreational retreat!!

The seller’s happy, the buyer’s happy, we are all happy! 😊 I had the honor of working with Kathy (seller) to bring this Lincoln condo to close. She had already moved out and had so much family support and help to prep for listing. After a lot of work on their end, it was spotless by the time we took photos! Kathy was patient and understanding the entire process, even at the end when the lender needed an extra week to get the loan solidified. Congrats to all! 🎉

So I am aware that it’s March 5th but let’s talk about last year 😂.
BEST YEAR YET.
I don’t mean to brag, but I work along so many incredible agents and have the best support through my colleagues, mentor and manager. I do not know how I would achieve the success I have had without them. Also my friends and family (you know who you are), who continue to cheer me on and refer me to others (my love language).
I truly LOVE helping others in this crazy process of purchasing and/or selling homes. It’s more fulfilling than I could have imagined… and I am so grateful.
THANK YOU 💓 Alex
