🏡❤️ JUST CLOSED! This One Was Special! 🔑

Some closings are about new beginnings, while others are about closing one chapter and starting another. This one was a little bit of both! ❤️

Back in 2020 I had the pleasure of helping a wonderful couple relocate from another state and purchase their home at 101 Green Branch Drive in Tyrone, GA.

What started as a real estate transaction turned into a relationship that continued long after the closing table. We stayed in touch over the years, never knowing that life would eventually bring us back together for another real estate journey.

Fast forward to 2026, and my client decided it was time for a new chapter, relocating to Florida to be closer to family. ❤️

And once again, she trusted me to help her through the process!

This time, it wasn’t just about selling a house. It was about helping someone make an important life transition with confidence and peace of mind.

After many conversations, decisions, and moving pieces, I’m happy to share that…

🏡 SOLD! But BABY… THIS CLOSING HAS A STORY! 🔑❤️

Everybody sees the SOLD sign, but nobody sees what it sometimes takes to get there! 😩

A former neighbor reached out to me to sell their home. Having sold several homes in the community, I was excited to help!

Within 30 days, we were UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉

Then the unexpected happened…

TWO DAYS BEFORE CLOSING, THE CONTRACT TERMINATED! 😳

Can you imagine being that close to the finish line?

My seller was disappointed, but we didn’t give up!

FOUR MONTHS later, we were finally back under contract! 🙌🏽

But wait… there’s MORE! 😂

Our new buyer had a home in Florida they needed to sell. It took 45 days to secure a buyer, pushing our closing back another THREE WEEKS!

Then the buyers had to significantly reduce the price of their Florida home to keep this purchase alive.

After numerous conversations, negotiations, adjustments, and a whole lot of patience from everyone involved…

🎉 WE FINALLY CLOSED! 🔑🏡

❤️ To my seller: THANK YOU for your patience, trust, and perseverance throughout this journey. You handled every unexpected turn with grace, and I’m so happy we made it to the finish line!

The lesson? Every real estate transaction has a story, and not every road to closing is a straight one. Sometimes it takes patience, teamwork, and a whole lot of determination!
