I let my AI call a seller and negotiate. This is the whole call, unedited.
I filled out my own lead form to test her. My phone rang in seconds.
She knew everything from the form before she dialed. She pulled live Zillow numbers in the middle of the call. When he hit her with "Zillow says it's worth $185,000," she didn't flinch, she explained retail versus as-is cash and asked him where he'd need to be.
Then she called me, briefed me on the whole deal in one breath, and handed him over.
