Atlanta just reached a MAJOR milestone!
After more than 20 years, the Atlanta Beltline has officially secured the land rights needed to complete its entire 22 mile loop!
The final piece of the puzzle?
A vacant 0.2 acre lot on English Street in Atlanta’s Blandtown neighborhood, purchased for approximately $550,000 on September 22, 2026.
That small piece of land helped clear the way for the future Northwest Trail, which will eventually connect the Westside and Northeast trails.
Connecting Atlanta Neighborhoods through real estate development:
📍 45+ neighborhoods sit along the Beltline corridor.
🚶 16.7 continuous miles are already open, connecting communities across Atlanta.
🏡 Nearly 200 real estate closings and over $200 million in land purchases helped make this vision possible.
From Piedmont Park and Ponce City Market to Pittsburgh Yards and Lee + White, the Beltline continues to connect some of Atlanta’s most recognizable destinations.
The full loop is targeted for completion by 2030, with construction still underway.
At Brown Keys Realty Group, we believe understanding a community goes beyond the address. It’s about the people, accessibility, amenities, and developments shaping everyday life.
We want to hear from you!
What’s your favorite stretch of the Beltline, and which neighborhood are you most excited to see connected next? 👇
