The luxury market is moving. 🏡

In Q3, home sales above $1.5M in Atlanta rose 15.7% over last year, the strongest gain of any price range, while most other segments cooled.

If you’ve been thinking about selling, buyers at this level are active, and well-prepared homes are getting attention.

Curious what your home could earn in today’s market? Send me a message for a private, no-obligation valuation.

I read about the Queens, NY couple who allegedly received a discriminatory text from their agent while searching for an apartment. It's deeply disappointing, and a reminder that our industry still has work to do.

Fair housing is the law, but for me it's also personal. Every client I serve deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and honesty from the first conversation to the closing table.

If you or someone you know is relocating and wants an agent who leads with integrity, I'm here and so is my circle of trusted agent referral partners in major cities including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, St. Louis, and Detroit.

I’d like to know…

I’ve been investing in real estate since 2006. One lesson has stayed with me: some of the best opportunities are the ones people rarely talk about.

Right now, that is industrial. Warehouses, distribution centers, and the spaces that keep Atlanta moving.

Here is what happened this year:
🏢22.2 million sq ft leased in Q3. A record for Atlanta.
💵Rents reached a record high too, at $7.42 per sq ft.
🏢More than $2.3 billion in industrial sales in the first half of 2026.

What I find most interesting is the gap. Newer buildings are filling fast. Older ones are softening. That creates real options, whether you run a business or want to grow your portfolio.

If you have ever wondered whether industrial could fit your plans, my team can walk you through the numbers.
