Is 30064 still a seller's market? Here's what August told us. 📊

Median sale price hit $615K, up 6.6% from last year. Homes went under contract in 22 days on average, about a week faster than last August. Inventory ticked up to 3.9 months, so buyers have a little more room to breathe, but sellers still hold the edge. Sale-to-list slipped to 97.5%, which means pricing it right from day one matters more than ever.
