May is mental health awareness month!

Today’s agenda at the Empire Board of Realtist meeting focused on “Mental Health Awareness” with personal and work life! A lot of times people feel like individuals who work within the real estate industry just sell houses and do closings. But truth be told they have normal lives outside of that like everyone one else and have to balance it all also. Like most when there is personal things going on we all have to push through daily . We all most times forget about ourselves because we are so vested in others. At times you have to step back and just breathe! There are so many people who are having medical issues and die early due to mental health which then turns into physical health! If you have a person that you go to, such as the “strong friend/family”, make sure you check on them because most feel like that “strong friend/family” can handle whatever life throws at them! So, check on each other more often if you truly care about those that matter to you💕😉.
