Atlanta’s office tenants are staying put. And paying more to do it.

Renewals made up nearly 78% of Metro Atlanta’s office leasing last quarter. With no new office towers under construction for the first time in 15 years, landlords are holding the cards.

Jeff told Bisnow that renewals are outpacing new deals 2-to-1 in his tenant work this year:

“Even though companies aren’t expanding, they’re having to pay more.”

Team Po***ck showed up for Zaban Paradies Center's Lighting the Way Home trivia night.

Michael, Philip, and Renee played as the Po***ck team, joining ZPC's Young Leadership Council for a night of trivia that raised over $10,000 to support housing stability and pathways home for individuals, couples, and families experiencing homelessness in Atlanta.

Michael also serves as co-chair of ZPC's board, and it was great to see the team come together to support work that means a lot to him.

Good people, good fun, good cause. Proud to support the work ZPC does across Atlanta.

Some moves are worth committing to.

When TMaxFit found a space that truly fit, the right decision was to secure it long term rather than settle for something short term and have to move again in a few years.

What a great time at the CORFAC International Fall Summit in Chicago!

Between sessions, Jeff caught a White Sox game, took in the skyline on a sunset river cruise, and worked his way through some excellent Chicago food.

The real value of these trips is time with CORFAC brokers from across the country and abroad, comparing notes on what's happening in commercial real estate markets everywhere.

Great conference, great city, and always good to reconnect with old friends and make new ones.

Luxe Redux Bridal is officially open at Westside Paper, their 15th store nationwide.

We helped Luxe Redux Bridal find their new home on Atlanta's Westside, and it was great to see the space come to life. Jeff stopped by the grand opening to see the finished storefront and celebrate with the team.

Congratulations to Luxe Redux Bridal on the opening. We're proud to have helped bring this deal together and excited to watch the space grow into Westside Paper’s retail and dining mix.
