🏙️ ANOTHER ATLANTA PROPERTY UNDER CONTRACT! 🔑✨

My VIP client flew into Atlanta ready to explore some options, and we got straight to business! This is now their 2nd Atlanta property, and I’m excited to have helped make them both happen. 🙌🏾

We strategized, found the right opportunity, and I negotiated $10,000 OFF the list price! 💰 That’s what having the right Broker representing you can do.

If you’ve been thinking about purchasing, what’s holding you back? 👀 Credit? Down payment? Not knowing where to start? Think the process will take too long?

Talk to me. It may be easier—and faster—than you think. Whether you’re buying your first home, next home, condo, or investment property, I can help you put a strategy together and GET MOVING. 🏡

🏡✨ STOP RENTING & START BUILDING TOWARD HOMEOWNERSHIP! 🔑

Think less-than-perfect credit, self-employment, contract work, bankruptcy, tax liens, non-traditional credit, or an ITIN may be keeping you from buying? The Dream Saver lease-to-own program may be an option!

You can apply, shop for a home, move in and lease while building equity, then pursue traditional financing or exercise your lease option when you’re ready. 🙌🏾

🏡✨ HAPPY SUNDAY!!! BIG NEWS FOR FUTURE HOMEOWNERS! ✨🏡

I’m SO EXCITED to share a NEW LEASE-PURCHASE opportunity available through one of my newest lender partnerships! 🔑🏠

Have you been saying, “I want to buy a home, but I’m just not mortgage-ready yet”?

This program may be worth exploring if you have cash available but traditional financing has been challenging because of:

💳 Less-than-perfect credit
💼 Self-employment
📉 A past foreclosure or bankruptcy
⏰ Limited time on your current job
💰 Strong cash reserves but difficulty qualifying traditionally

And here’s what REALLY caught my attention: depending on the program terms, you may have an opportunity to build equity, have a financial stake in the home, and potentially sell later if your plans change. 🙌🏾

This could be another pathway toward turning “I’m not ready yet” into “I’m on my way to HOMEOWNERSHIP!” 🏡❤️

📲 CALL OR TEXT ME: 678-303-6018
Let’s talk about your situation and determine whether this program could be a fit for you.

HAPPY 2nd Housivery to my client Jammie!

Whenever I texted him to congratulate him, he sent me this and I was quickly reminded why I do what I do…

“Miss cheeks. Do you know I’m still not comfortable in this house yet? I’m so use to sleeping outside and in abandon cars and bandos that some nights I still wake up like “ninja this ain’t yo sh*t”! Forreal Ms. Cheeks. I been messed up since I was 14. I bought this house at 47. A life like mine would of ended of su***de. God had other plans. When I told you that you were God sent!!! You really were, rather you believe it or not. You was not just selling a house. You were helping one of God’s kids to fulfill the blessing... You are an angel. (Don’t know your past life) But you’re meant for good..
Luv you Ms. Cheeks.”

He sees my heart! If you’re passionate about what you do, this post is for you!

Like Jammie told me, “DON’T QUIT!”

🏡 SELL OR LEASE? Why not position yourself for BOTH?

In today’s competitive market, homeowners don’t always have to choose one path from day one. Listing your property for sale and for lease at the same time can create more exposure, attract both buyers and qualified tenants, and give you flexibility while the market decides which opportunity comes first.

My job is to help you price it strategically, market it professionally, manage the activity, and negotiate the option that makes the most sense for your goals.

📲 Thinking about selling, leasing—or both? Let’s talk strategy.
