93,000 screaming in Sanford, a full day on your feet, the walk back through downtown — and then a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a quiet house 15 minutes from the noise.

The primary bath might be the most underrated room in the house. Saturday fills the memory card. Sunday morning here is the part nobody posts about.

One more weekend of quiet, and then Athens turns back into Athens. Tennessee State kicks off the season September 5th, and this fall is nearly sold out at our place — Vanderbilt, Missouri, Georgia Tech, and Thanksgiving week are all booked.

Oklahoma and Auburn are the last two big weekends open. Next Friday, the season's here.

Game-day logistics, solved. 🏈

The question we get most: "how's parking on game day?" Here's the honest answer — you don't want to deal with stadium parking. You want a house 15 minutes out where the truck stays in the driveway, breakfast happens in a real kitchen, and one rideshare drops the whole crew downtown.

That's the setup here: 4BR, sleeps 9, three full baths so game-day mornings don't have a bottleneck, and double ovens working while everybody gets ready.

It's the little stuff that makes it feel easy. 🧺

Real coffee setup ready on day one. Cooking basics in the cabinet. Linens, towels, and spare pillows already in the closet. Laundry supplies on the shelf. Shampoo you don't have to remember to pack.

"Fully furnished" is easy to say. We'd rather show you the closets.

Sleeps 9 — here's the proof. 🛏️

Everyone asks how the whole crew actually fits, so here's the room-by-room: a primary suite with a king plus its own sofa bed, a queen room, a full room, and Bedroom 4's party trick — a daybed that converts to a full KING in about 60 seconds.

Three full bathrooms, so nobody's fighting for a mirror on game-day morning.

Grandparents, college kids, the whole friend group — everybody gets a real bed, 15 minutes from Sanford Stadium.
