Sold!

This Compass Private Exclusive in Dunwoody popped up on my phone, and I texted the link to my clients right away. I got them in to see it as quickly as possible. They LOVED it. We crafted an offer that was compelling enough that the seller would accept it prior to going to market, but also offering terms my buyers were comfortable with. I base my recommendations on recent sales, market knowledge and experience. My clients always have the final say on the terms of the offer. We loop the lender in because they are a part of our team and essential to his the deadlines we are offering. I am simplifying it here. It is not easy to be a buyer right now, but I do everything I can to lead my clients through it all to the closing table.

Under Contract!

This one took patience. Townhomes have been a bit of a challenge in recent months. There is a lot of competition out there. We almost got an offer early on, but they decided to purchase new construction. My clients did everything I suggested and this townhome looked amazing and is in a fantastic location, it just took a little longer than expected.

But we did it! We are under contract with buyers who needed a second home in Atlanta to be close to family. This townhome will be perfect for them. Congrats to my sellers! Can’t wait for the closing!

Under Contract!

It is nearly impossible to find a newer home that is a ranch. My clients had early memories of growing up in ranch style homes, so when we toured this one, there was an immediate attachment.

Initially, we competed but we didn’t win the house.

The price the other buyer was willing to pay was higher than we were, so we decided to walk away. About a week later, I get a call that it may not be working out with the other buyers. I asked my clients and they said they’d re-submit with the same offer as before, and they got it!

Cheers to another Dunwoody upgrade for this growing family!

We looked and looked and got close but hadn’t found the one, when I got an email about a Compass Private Exclusive in Dunwoody. These buyers recently moved back to Atlanta to be closer to family. We wrote an offer that was compelling enough that the sellers accepted prior to going to market. This was HUGE for these first time homebuyers looking in one of the most competitive markets in Atlanta right now.

We have a quick contract to close time period, but we did everything we needed to do, and now these buyers are ready to sign and move in!
