"All we can say is triple WOW, as Ms. Angie Greer and Mr. Jason Kent are so phenomenally fantastic, there are no words, and we could truly rave about them all day long. We had started visiting Megan’s Landing in August of 2024, prior to beginning the building process and picking out our lot in January of 2026. From the very first visit to current day, we cannot say enough good things about Ms. Angie Greer. She was so incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always had an immediate answer to anything we inquired on during the process at any point in time. She kept in contact with us from our first visit all the way until we picked out lot, but absolutely never pushy, no pressure, or anything of the sort which we had run into previously while looking at different communities. We would reach out to her at different points, and it always felt right where we left off with her, as she would respond immediately with the excitement and energy of a long-term friend, and always remembering everything down to the details in regards to us.
After picking our lot out, we were so blessed and fortunate to then have Mr. Jason Kent dedicated as our personal builder, and once that happened we only refer to Angie and Jason as the “Dream Team." Wow is all we can say about Jason. You can tell he is so passionate about his job and he truly goes above and beyond to ensure your happiness throughout the entire homebuilding process. He is all over the place making magic happen, always top notch being incredibly organized and reliable, with everything he touches turning to perfection. With Jason at the wheel you have absolutely nothing to worry about and are in the best hands possible to build something as important as your home.
All in all, Angie and Jason both truly treated us like “family” the entire time, with both having such high standards with everything, and such great attention to detail. They would ensure absolutely everything was perfect before we even had to think about asking for anything, and were flawless with communication and always providing us a very detailed weekly update. They made our vision a reality every step of the way and we can’t compliment enough about the two of them, with both of them ALWAYS going the extra mile with EVERYTHING. We couldn’t let this moment pass without expressing our greatest appreciation and most sincere gratitude to them, as we are absolutely ecstatic with just closing on our forever dream home that is perfect in every way, just as our experience was every step of the way during our entire journey with them. You will not find better, they are truly such wonderful human beings and are both such incredible assets to David Weekley being top notch in their field. Because of them this entire process was made a true joy and exciting every single day, with us being so incredibly privileged by having them at our side as the team that built our beautiful forever dream home." - The Dream Team in Castroville, TX
