One of my favorite things about this business?
Watching agents come back listing after listing.

These homes are beautiful.

But that's not what I'm most proud of.

What means the most to me is that the agent behind these listings continue to trust me with their business, their brand, and some of their most important marketing moments.

Every listing is an opportunity.

An opportunity to create a great first impression.
To attract buyers.
To represent a seller well.
To strengthen an agent's reputation.

Being invited back again and again is something I'll never take for granted.

Houston… we have a problem. 😭🏡

My listings keep going under contract.

At this point, I’m starting to think the camera isn’t the only thing working here.

Because every time I shoot a home, I’m not just thinking about lighting and angles—
I’m quietly rooting for fast showings, strong offers, and smooth closings for every single agent I work with. 🤍

And lately?
Y’all have been keeping me BUSY.

But let me say this too—

If your listing has been sitting…
you’ve adjusted the price…
and buyers still aren’t biting…

it might be time to refresh the presentation.

Because buyers scroll before they schedule.
And fresh media can completely change the momentum of a listing.

I heard this quote the other day…
and I can’t unhear it.

“You attract the things that you fear.”

So I started thinking & made a list—
what am I actually afraid of?

A packed calendar.
Luxury listings.
Being surrounded by people who support me.
The unexpected “are you available today?” texts.
Agents willing to step in front of the camera.
Being trusted as your go-to photographer.

So yeah—
if that’s what I’m attracting, I’ll take it. 😌📸
