Last week, we celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month on the 8th-floor Yard at Midtown Union’s office tower.

Customers connected over a complimentary salsa dance class, great food, and drinks to honor Hispanic and Latino history and culture in the U.S. and Atlanta.

Yesterday, we hosted a Fall Festival on Arts Center Way to kick off the season with our community and neighbors. Thank you to the Kimpton Shane Hotel for the exceptional food and the Midtown High School Band for an incredible performance.

We’re excited to share that Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & W**e Bar will open a new location at Midtown Union this Fall.

Known for its premium steak cuts, exceptional seafood and a curated w**e collection, Fleming’s will serve lunch and dinner starting at 11 a.m. daily.

The restaurant will feature a new elevated design concept with a variety of dining spaces and experiences, including an outdoor lounge that faces the pedestrian-friendly Arts Center Way.
