💕 ALL CLEAR! 🙌🏽 BUT GOD!
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and I’m feeling especially grateful! My annual mammogram came back clear, and I don’t take that blessing for granted. 🙏🏽
Between work, family, and taking care of everyone else, it’s easy to put our own health last. But YOUR health matters, too! Ladies, please don’t put off your mammograms or recommended screenings. Early detection can save lives!
And fellas, this message is for YOU, too! 💙 Men can develop breast cancer, too. Although it’s less common, it’s important to know the signs, pay attention to changes in your chest or breast tissue, and talk with your healthcare provider about any concerns or personal risk factors. Don’t ignore changes or assume breast cancer only affects women.
Let’s encourage the men and women we love to prioritize their health, stay informed, and keep up with recommended screenings and medical checkups.
If you’re overdue, consider this your reminder to make that appointment!
To everyone fighting breast cancer, celebrating survivorship, or supporting a loved one, I’m sending you love, strength, and prayers. ❤️
Check. Know. Be Well. Because early detection matters for EVERYONE!
