Early on, Polias decided that art and beauty for the sake of beauty is something we aspired to make a part of all our developments. From signage to murals and sculpture….

With our last phase of Briarcliff now complete we’ve installed our first commissioned sculpture. We’re so pleased with how this piece is organic and grounded as a counter point to the buildings’ strong straight lines and overlapping volumes.

Special thank you to - Iron Is King for the craftsmanship, creativity, and care behind this one-of-a-kind piece! 🙌🏼

A new gem in Athens dining! 🙌🏼

The Red & Black recently visited Ted's Montana Grill at Beechwood, and shared why this new addition is a welcome part of Athens’ evolving dining scene.

With its western-chic atmosphere and fresh take on classic American dining, Ted’s brings something unique to the Beechwood community. We’re excited to welcome another great dining destination to the center as we continue creating places for our community to gather, connect, and enjoy!

Introducing Beechwood Park. A new space to gather, celebrate, and enjoy right here in the heart of our community.

And what better way to unveil it than with our annual Beechwood Fall Festival? 🍂

A new chapter begins at 540 Baxter Street.

Polias is proud to officially acquire The Red & Black’s longtime home and play a part in carrying this historic Athens property into its next chapter.

While the building changes hands, its legacy lives on. This transition makes possible a lasting investment in The Red & Black’s future, helping create opportunity for generations of student journalists to come.

Today marks the beginning of a new chapter.

We’re honored to officially welcome the Red & Black building into the Polias portfolio. We are proud to support this 103 year old organization that has shaped the University of Georgia and the Athens community.

As this landmark enters its next season, we’re committed to honoring its legacy while thoughtfully imagining what comes next.

At Polias, we believe great places have stories worth preserving. Our role is to steward them with care, creating spaces that serve people today while respecting the history that came before.

We’re grateful to everyone who helped make today’s closing possible, and we’re excited to share more as the vision for this property unfolds!
