Did you know that homes 100 years old or older may qualify for special recognition through the Ashtabula County Historical Society's Century Home Program?

At our recent Fall Membership Meeting at Regal Vineyards, we welcomed Courtney Sowry of the Ashtabula County Historical Society, who shared information about this fascinating program and its efforts to recognize and preserve the stories behind our county's historic properties.

The program offers homeowners an opportunity to research and document their property's history and apply for honorary recognition. Best of all, the designation itself does not restrict an owner's ability to renovate or sell their home!

🏡 A Special Thank You to Ashtabula County Auditor Scott Yamamoto for taking the time to join us at our recent Fall Membership Meeting at Regal Vineyards, where he shared valuable information about real estate tax changes for 2026 and anticipated changes in 2027.

Scott also brought attention to an important property tax scam targeting Ohio property owners, particularly seniors. We encourage everyone to stay informed and share this information with those who may be affected.

🍂 A beautiful day for our Fall Membership Meeting!

Members of the Ashtabula County REALTORS® gathered today at Regal Vineyards in Geneva for an afternoon of professional updates, valuable conversations, and opportunities to connect with fellow REALTORS® and industry partners.

With a beautiful fall setting and a great lineup of guest speakers, it was a wonderful opportunity to share information, strengthen relationships, and enjoy some time together outside the everyday business of real estate.

📚 A great day of education and networking at Shenanigan’s!

We had a fantastic turnout for today’s “Ethics in the Real World” continuing education class!

A big thank you to Noreen Marlowe for leading such an engaging and interactive session. The questions, discussions, and participation made for a lively and informative three hours of Core Ethics CE!

A special thank you to Jack Damm and Title Professionals Group, Ltd. for generously sponsoring today’s event, and to Shenanigans Sports Hall for providing such a great atmosphere for learning, lunch, and connecting with fellow REALTORS®!
