Shenandoah County VA has only 265 active listings in January, way lower than 5 year January average of 354.
Another extreme: Warren County.
Jefferson County WV has only 3.5 months of homes supply, if no new listings were added, short inventory there as well. Call or email me for a free estimate of your house value, even if you are not selling. You might be pleasantly surprised.
Berkeley County WV is not different either, has such a small inventory of homes for sale.
