Renegade officially celebrated a milestone with a ribbon-cutting hosted earlier this month by the City of Golden—and Nicole had the honor of doing the cutting with a pair of appropriately oversized ceremonial scissors. ✂️

Beyond the giant scissors, it was a meaningful moment to celebrate the community, recognize the people who have helped bring Renegade to this point, and look ahead to what’s next.

We’re grateful to the City of Golden for helping mark the occasion and excited to keep building momentum at Renegade at North Table Mountain.

A big day, a big milestone, and a pair of very big scissors.😎

It's not always the biggest projects that are the most meaningful.

A few months ago, we partnered with the HBA to make one homeowner’s bathroom safer and more accessible. The existing shower required a makeshift ramp, so the space was reworked to include a true zero-entry shower, along with new tile and flooring, giving the room a fresh, updated look.

The project was completed in about 2½ weeks, with nearly all labor and materials donated. (Don't worry--the shower trim was installed, too--but after the final photo posted here was taken 🚿😊).

We’re grateful to Four Seasons HVAC, Arlun Tile, A-1 Painting, and the HBA for helping make this one possible.

Saturday's Renegade & Rigs event was one for the books!

A strong turnout, incredible exhibitors, plenty of good food and music, and lots of conversations about what’s taking shape at Renegade made our event one to remember. We were especially happy to have Sheffield Homes founders Jim and Lynda Sheffield stop by and be part of the day.
