Grover Beach buyers: Are you paying more just because it’s newer?
Some of the new condos around 4th and Grand are selling for roughly $650 per square foot.
About two miles away, 1609 Manhattan is approximately $375 per square foot, with considerably more space.
And here’s something buyers should think about: You may still be getting in the car to go to the beach either way.
New construction can absolutely have advantages, but price per square foot, living space, location and lifestyle all matter when deciding where your money goes furthest. Want to tour 1609 Manhattan or compare your options in Grover Beach?
