When the A.I spam calls hit me up, I know exactly what to say. 🏡🏡🏡

Maybe this is payback for all the spam calls I made as a kid. But it still gives me the opportunity to tell the world about all my amazing listings.

There's a lid for every pot. That means there's a house for everybody. If you've been trying to find the right fit, know it is out there or maybe already waiting. In real estate we have what's called a pocket listing. It's when I can help a client prepare their home to sell but not publicly market it. A pocket listing is a special thing that I get to share with just
MY clients and my brokerage.

So if you're waiting for the opportunity to present itself, maybe its already here. 😊

I would love the chance and opportunity to be your realtor. ®️

Reach out anytime we have real estate questions and I'm happy to help.

A big reason I love spending time in ~ Live music.🎶

It's easy to fall in love with a town that's full of community and live music almost everyday of the week. I love a good sunny day and stumbling upon some great music. Music is good for the soul and brings the sunshine out and people. 🌞🎶🎼

The art community is very strong in Humboldt County. If you're looking for a cute quaint town that offers this, then you must check out Arcata California.

Let me open the next door for you 🚪🗝

Being a Realtor in Humboldt County I find I appreciate the doors I run into. The doors are always different but my service to my clients never changes. ❤️

With every door that opens or closes there comes different challenges and hurdles. It's not always bad and a lot of the times things that happen are out of our control. What I can do is show up for my clients throughout the entire transaction and even beyond closing when they need me.

I find true Joy in this real estate career that I am so lucky to have. Every person who walks through the door to meet me for the first time gets the true authentic Brigitte. No hiding behind doors but just honesty and authenticity.

If you're looking to open, or possibly close the next door in your life I would love the opportunity to sit down and chat and let you know how I can help. 🗝🚪🏡

Simply send me a message or email to get the conversation started. 😊

Travel. Travel. Travel. If you know me, you know I typically say, Yes to Adventure!☺️

I like to think I have a fair balance with work and life. I love to work hard so that I can play harder. Life is not all about work and I do not want to look back and realize that I didn't enjoy, or take adventure enough. This world is huge and I want to see as much of it as I can. Since I was little I've always wanted to travel but now as an adult I am finding that I have the opportunities to do so.🙏❤️✨️

I absolutely love living in Humboldt County and being able to travel all over the world. It reminds me of how beautiful it is where I live. But also I get to see the beauty of other cultures and the Big Big World. 🌎

This trip that I got to take to Nabuel Tunisia 🇹🇳 was truly an incredible experience. I will never forget or take lightly that I had this opportunity. The people there were so kind and generous. It was so amazing to see things that I never thought I would be able to see. Or knew that I would be seeing. Its like living a dream. 💭

This is your reminder to say yes to adventure and dont work your poor life away. Be Rich with experiences from truly living this life.

Love, Brigitte.

Clearing all the energy to bring in new fresh owners. ✨️🔔

Sometimes my job isnt just paperwork and negotiations. I dont stop there. I find ways to get properties in front of people. I love sharing new and old properties for sale and I am so happy that my clients trust me to help them.

As a Humboldt Hippie Realtor I try to get creative and bring in all the forces to get properties sold to the right people. This career is not always rainbows and butterflies 🌈🦋 But I try my best to shine through it all and present my listings in the best ways.

Have questions about selling your property? I would love the opportunity to help ☺️

The northern lights from the airplane ride on the way to France. Just wow! Never thought I would see this 😍😍✨️✨️

We looked out the window of the airplane and couldnt stop after that. Picture after Picture we made sure we got a photo that would last. The memory of seeing this with my Aunt Tiff was pretty cool! A first for both of us and a bucket list item for my Aunt. ✨️😍

I know photos dont do this justice, but I hope you enjoy seeing what is a natural phenomenon. 💚💚💚

2 houses for the price of one?!🏡🏡

This beautiful home has what you need! A main home with 2 beds and 2 baths. Plus, a separate unit with alley access. The separate unit is a 1 bed/1 bath with kitchen. Cute and perfect for the minimalist. 🏡

This home can fit so many different dreams and needs. Live in the small unit and rent the large one, or rent the small unit and live in the bigger one. Or leave the back unit vacant for guests or possibly air bnb.

Recently upgraded and updated to bring the shine back ✨️ check it out for yourself before someone snags it up!

🏡✨ One of the most photographed Victorian homes in California and it’s right here in Eureka!

The Carson Mansion is one of the most iconic Queen Anne Victorian homes in California and the United States, and I feel pretty lucky that I get to see it whenever I want. ❤️

One of my favorite things to do is take a bike ride past the mansion around sunset. The way the light hits the details of the architecture makes for some pretty incredible photos. Plus, it’s just beautiful to look at. 🌅🚲

And if you’re curious about what’s inside, the Ingomar Club is a private club that provides members access to this incredible piece of Eureka history. I’ve had the opportunity to go inside a few times, and I can tell you, the interior is just as impressive as the exterior!

This is one of the things I love about living and working in Humboldt County: there’s so much history, character, and beauty right outside your door. 🌲🏡

📍 Eureka, California

Have you ever been inside the Carson Mansion? Or is it still on your local Humboldt bucket list?

Tell me in the comments! 👇

And if you’re thinking about making Humboldt County home, send me a message. I’d love to help you find your own little piece of this beautiful community. ❤️

It means a lot to me receiving five star reviews from my clients. ✨️🧡🙏

In this case I received a 5-star review from the buyer that I helped. This client came to me and was already pre-approved with a VA home loan. With VA home loans certain things come up during escrow, but thankfully with the great team we were able to get it all done. 🏡🔑

It took work from everyone in this transaction. But the buyer walked away with keys to a new home that they could call their own. Sometimes people feel like they will never be homeowners and when it actually happens emotions set in and great moments are had. I was thankful to be able to work with this amazing buyer who trusted me through the process. 🤝

If you are like this buyer and have a VA home loan or wanting to get one and are not already working with an agent, I would love the opportunity to help you too. 🇺🇸🏡🔑 homeownership might not be that far away for you.
